Entire Agreement:

Purchaser and Decorin Depot LLC. ( www.decorindepot.com ) enter the terms and conditions stated in this policy which supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, and agreements of purchaser and seller whether oral or written, with respect to the goods as well as the terms and conditions hereof.

Payment Methods:

We accept Cash, Bank/Wire Transfer, all major credit cards, PayPal and Check. Checks are acceptable but will need 7 business days for the payment to clear prior to shipping order out.

Storage:

At the request of the buyer, prior to pick up or shipping, Decorin Depot can store items purchased for period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.

Sales Tax:

New Jersey residents are subject to 6.625% New Jersey Sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases as well as any merchandise picked up from our warehouse in NJ.

Pricing:

We reserve the rights to change our pricing without prior notice. The pricing is considered current once posted/changed on the company website (prices are only guaranteed once the item is checked out)

Packaging:

All items are boxed with padding inside. Items are mounted onto custom skid to protect your valuable investment.All items are boxed with padding inside. Disclaimer:

We are not responsible and/or liable for property damages during transit on customers’ pick-ups, and after installation/operation of the unit. We reserve the right not to serve. Please exercise best practice for the installation of the unit and check all connections for water leaks before normal operation as installation/item transit might adversely affect the integrity of included piping. Decorin Depot strongly recommends for professional installation. Make your purchase ahead of time to allow sufficient transit time and coverage in the case of any eventualities (i.e.: damaged item/ exchange). We are in no event liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage, liability, debt, cost, expense, charge or fee of whatever nature, incurred or suffered by purchaser, or any successor or customer of purchaser, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, or in any other manner, in connection with the purchase, use or any resale of the goods.We are not responsible and/or liable for property damages during transit on customers’ pick-ups, and after installation/operation of the unit. Custom Vanities

Payment for custom cabinet orders must be made when the order is placed. In most cases we will charge the full amount once the order is placed. If any other payment terms are agreed, first payment (deposit) is non refundable in any condition.No changes or cancellations can be made after technical drawings are approved. Orders cannot be cancelled under any condition once the order is placed and initial payment is collected. This includes the quantity of the cabinets, if there are multiple items. Custom vanity cabinets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Delivery

All orders have a 1-2 business days handling time before being available for pick up or delivery. Claims for damage, shortage or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery to Buyer.

Inspection

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to installation. If for any reason the material is incorrect buyer shall make such claim to Decorin Depot, by contacting us at  info@decorindepot.com.

Limited Warranty

Vanities, Sinks, Vanity Tops, Mirrors, Medicine Cabinets.

Decorin Depot warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder. This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the Product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty.

Installation

The owner/end-user of the Product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing. Decorin Depot neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, Decorin Depot cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly.The owner/end-user should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation. This warranty does not apply unless the Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. It is strongly recommended that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., glass countertops glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death. Decorin Depot is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or equipment or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. In any case, Decorin Depot cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder.

Parts Requests

In order to fulfill parts requests, photos of the damaged/defective part or item may be required. Photos are necessary to determine resolution, and more importantly, to file damage claims with the shipping company. If photos cannot be submitted for any reason, the damaged/defective part must be shipped to our warehouse, at the customer’s expense. The part will then be carefully inspected and then necessary action will be taken based on the inspection, including full reimbursement of all expenses if necessary. Any issues with missing parts must be reported to Fresca within 48 hours. All Fresca parts orders carry a 90 day limited warranty.

Materials

Wood

Decorin Depot products are made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood and plant species and stones and minerals are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of the manufacturer nor considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, variations, or movements in lumber or veneer products, and exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight, may cause color changes and/or surface damage and are not covered by this warranty. All wood naturally ages, darkens, changes in color, and mellows over time due primarily to exposure to light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period of time, or due to amount of light the wood is exposed to. On warranty replacement doors or drawers, we will not guarantee an exact color match. Imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are natural and are not considered defects. Due to the contrast of your monitor when viewing the product(s), color may appear different. Therefore, it cannot be construed as defective, damage or product being given incorrectly.

Natural Stone

Surface characteristics of natural stones may vary from each slab, tile. Color variations in stone are a natural occurrence. Natural veining, crystal lining and local crystallization are common characteristics of natural stones. For this reason, new and/or replacement pieces may not match display samples and/or existing pieces. Natural occurring stone characteristics such as variation in grain, color, mineral streaks are not considered defective product.

Acrylic

Acrylic must be inspected prior to installation. No warranty for crazing, shading, scratching, sizing, wear, surface finish, clean ability, slipperiness, chemical, thermal or mechanical attack or damage or defects discovered after installation.

Glass

Due to the manufacturing process, tempered glass will tend to have a greenish tint. This is a natural feature and is not considered a defect. As a result of the tempering process or otherwise, color variation in glass may occur in certain products.

Decorin Depot is not liable for any labor or material charges, loss of time, loss of profits or any incidental expenses.

We reserve the right to add/change our policies without prior notice. All policies are in effect once posted/ changed on this website.
